This policy explains how AGMars LLC ("we", "us") handles information in the games and apps we publish under the AGMARS Interactive name, and on this website.

Information we collect

• Gameplay data such as level progress and settings, stored on your device and, if you use online features, on our servers.
• Purchase information. In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google. We receive confirmation of the purchase but never your payment details.
• Diagnostics such as crash reports and basic device information, used to fix bugs.
• Messages you send us, for example support emails.

How we use it

To run the games, save progress, deliver purchases, provide online play, fix problems and answer support requests. We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party services

Our games may use services from Apple, Google and analytics or advertising partners. Their use of data is covered by their own privacy policies. Where required, we will ask for your consent first.

Children

Our games are made for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can delete game data by uninstalling the app, and you can ask us to delete any data we hold about you by emailing us.
